A deposit is required for extensive services (example: loc extensions). This non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and must be paid in full. Shampooing and conditioning is included with every service. Shampooing at home will not reduce the service price. Products are provided. If you choose to bring a product it will not be used if it is petrolatum, wax, Shea butter, or gel based. The use of those products contribute to buildup issues and will effect end results. It is highly suggested that new clients receive an extensive order and buildup removal process on the hair to ensure optimal results. Coupons can not be combined with other specials. When booking an appointment please be mindful that each service needs to be booked in conjunction to another. For example, color and loc maintenance; both services need an appointment. There is an “add service” option when booking appointments.
